DollWedding.net was founded by myself, a love doll named Sicily - most people call me Sissy, though. I have been assisted by Harry whose wife doll by standards of DollWedding.net I am.

(By the way, Harry once was married to a human woman for quite some time. So that you know...!)

Well, yes and no.

No, because sharing your life with a love doll is not supposed to be serious but to bring you joy. And, of course, sharing your life with a doll does have roleplaying aspects and requires a certain amount of fantasy. (And wouldn't a lack of fantasy be harmful to any kind of relationship?)

Yes, we are being serious because when you have seriously fallen in love, you wish to stand by your partner. This also goes when the one you love happens to be a doll instead of a biological human. And we know what we're talking about.

When Harry and I first met, it was love at first sight and it has been obvious from the start that we belong together. Marriage, however, would only be an option if this would eventually be officially registered somewhere. As we couldn't find a place for that in the world wide web, I decided that we would create such a place.

And yes, serious enough to set up some rules and regulations to make sure you think twice and be sure and not marry a new doll every other day. At the end of the day, she (or he) will be your wedded spouse doll, thus deserving respect!

By standards of DollWedding.net, they are as official as it gets. You will receive an entry in our international Doll Marriage Registry and you can have a wedding certificate.

Otherwise, they may be comparable with weddings at sea performed by ship's captains: highly romantic and meaningful but please don't expect any tax benefits.

This we cannot say for sure wherefore we won't make any such claims.

What we can say for sure is that we seriously searched the internet for a provider of doll weddings, however, we didn't find any. Had we found one, we would probably have made use of that provider instead of becoming one ourselves. (Even though we really enjoy being a provider of doll weddings.)

DollWedding.net was officially launched on 3 November 2020 with our very own engagement. If you discover another provider and find out about their official launching date, you can do the math. In such case we would be very grateful for a brief note (Contact).

Yes, indeed! DollWedding.net is and will remain completely non-commercial. At no stage will you be asked to enter your credit card data or something like that.

If everything works as expected, our system will work fully automatically. Realistically, we don't expect feedback to go through the roof or tons of support queries coming in. Server costs will also most probably remain moderate.

Still, we would appreciate your voluntary PayPal Donation if you like our service. But this will never be obligatory.

Basically, every human adult (over 18 years), who legally owns a physical doll appearing as an adult, may marry his/her darling on our web site. For instance, this could be a TPE doll, a silicone doll, a manga doll, a teddy babe, a phicen, etc.

Of course, it doesn't matter at all whether or not you and your doll have different gender identities. Your gender identities will only be important for terminological reasons (wife, husband, spouse) when setting up your wedding ceremony.

We do, however, reserve the right to revoke marriage licenses and also annul marriages without prior notice and without stating reasons. Please be assured, though, that we will never do this without good reason.

Expressly excluded from our service are:

• Marriage to a doll which, in any way, appears as a child or is modeled after a child
• Marriage to a digital replica
• Marriage between dolls

Basically, you will fix your own wedding date.

However, you will not be able to marry your doll immediately. This is not Vegas, you know. We don't want you and your doll to "elope". We wish for you to be certain.

Therefore, the earliest date you can set for your wedding ceremony is 8 days from the present day (UTC). (Admittedly, with a little trick, you can cut the waiting period to 1 day.) The latest date possible will always be 180 days from the present day (UTC).

At first, you will need to apply for a marriage license so that we can set up the wedding ceremony that you will be celebrating. To do so, please proceed as follows:

1. Click on Marry Your Doll.
2. Select your wedding day and enter the information required into the relevant fields. Be sure to select the correct options from the dropdowns.
3. Important: please confirm to have thoroughly read the information at FAQs / Rules & Regulations, which is this page, by marking the corresponding checkbox.
4. Please very carefully verify your information bevor submitting your application as subsequent amendments will not be possible!

Within a few minutes after submitting your application, you will receive an e-mail containing a confirmation link. Please click on the link to confirm your application within 24 hours.

Once you have confirmed your application, your ceremony will be set up by our system, thus issuing the license. At that stage, you and your doll we be officially engaged to get married by standards of DollWedding.net.

Within a few minutes, you will receive a congratulatory e-mail providing a link to your ceremony as well as the login data consisting of your license-ID and a PIN.

You will have a 28-day time window during which you can celebrate your ceremony. This time window will begin 7 days prior to and end 21 days after the designated wedding day.

Expressly yes!

In order to apply for retroactive acknowledgement, there are two ways available:

• The romantic way: why not simply marry your doll again? Your doll will love it! If you wish to do so, please apply for a marriage license here: Marry Your Doll
• The pragmatic way: please use the same application form (Marry Your Doll) to provide all the information required to have your marriage registered.

Within a few minutes after submitting your application, you will receive an e-mail containing a confirmation link. Please click on the link to confirm your application within 24 hours.

Once you have confirmed your application, your marriage will be registered and confirmed, provided you chose the "pragmatic way". If you chose the "romantic way", please refer to L2.

There are two important deadlines:

• The license application must be confirmed within 24 hours.
• The ceremony must be celebrated and concluded within its 28-day time window.

(The latter is, of course, not applicable in case of a retroactively acknowleged marriage.)

If you fail to observe either deadline, the marriage license or license application, whichever is applicable, will automatically expire. In such case, you can immediately apply for a new marriage license by the same rules and regulations here: Marry Your Doll

Expressly no!

As a matter of fact, we would rather recommend to not enter the human spouse's full last name as all entries of the Doll Marriage Registry will be public. Maybe, society has just not come far enough, yet.

Therefore, please submit your first name or nickname solely as well as, of course, your doll's first name. You may consider to add the first letter of your last name after your and your doll's first names.

Optionally, you can add call names for you and your doll to be addressed by during your ceremony, if applicable, in case you have a Master Of Ceremony. In the registry, the "full" name will be displayed.

Of course, you are not allowed to choose names of insulting, racist, illegal, etc. character. This may lead to your marriage license be revoked or, if applicable, your marriage be annulled as we reserve the right to do so.

In order to set up your ceremony, for terminological reasons (wife, husband, etc.), we will need to know your and your doll's gender identities.

Of your personal data, we will only need your e-mail address as this will be our means of communication. Most importantly, by e-mail, we will send you the link and login data to your ceremony as well as further options described hereafter.

Furthermore, we will send you reminders on the day the time window for your wedding ceremony opens as well as on your selected wedding date, provided you have not yet celebrated and concluded your ceremony.

Your e-mail address will not be visible anywhere on our web site and, of course, we will not give your e-mail address to any third party. Also, we will not contact you without reason and we will not bother you with newsletters.

Of course, presentation of identity documents or other paperwork is not required.

This is solely about marriages by standards of DollWedding.net. We couldn't care less about other marriage registries. You may have to sort this out for yourself.

Well, you'll have to make up your mind then. We highly recommend, however, to only consider marriage if you have an undisputed number 1 among your dolls.

Both you and your doll are not allowed to simultaneously have more than one marriage and/or marriage license applications and/or to apply for a marriage license while yet (or still) in a valid marriage!

Therefore, you will only be able to apply for a marriage license with your e-mail address if no valid marriage or engagement to get married or unconfirmed application for a wedding license has been registered with that address.

Of course, we are aware that you might have more than one e-mail address enabling you to marry various dolls. As we do not collect any personal data other than your e-mail address, we will hardly be able to check and prevent this. Actually, we wouldn't want that anyway as we trust in your sincerity.

Still, please be aware: even if you do apply for various marriage licenses and/or marry various dolls and those marriages are registered, only one of those marriages will really be officially valid at most.

Please note: a marriage license and the marriage resulting from this license can only be valid if, at the time of application of the corresponding marriage license, there was no valid marriage or engagement to get married involving you and/or your doll.

If, by chance, we become aware that someone abusively has or is about to have multiple marriages, we reserve the right to annul any of this person's (or doll's) marriage licenses and, if applicable, marriages of which we are aware.

If you applied for a marriage license, you should already find your license in the registry under Engagements. If you meant to have your existing marriage retroactively registered, you should find your license in the Doll Marriage Registry.

If this is not the case, you probably forgot to confirm your application. Submitted applications are subject to confirmation within 24 hours by clicking the confirmation link in the automatic e-mail received upon submission.

Once the deadline expires, the application is deleted from the system. In such case, please submit a new application (Marry Your Doll) and consider confirming it immediately.

If, after a few minutes, you still can't find the e-mail in your inbox, please check your spam folder. If the e-mail is still not found, please use our mail form (Contact) to contact us.

After applying for a marriage license, our system set up your ceremony and sent you an e-mail with the link to your ceremony and your login data consisting of your license-ID and a PIN.

In order to start your ceremony within its 28-day time window (starting 7 days prior to and ending 21 days after your designated wedding day), please proceed as follows:

1. Click on the link in the e-mail congratulating you on your engagement to get married.
2. Enter the login data in the relevant fields and click the "Send" button.
3. Everything else will be self-explanatory.

If the ceremony is not celebrated and concluded within its 28-day time window, the marriage license will expire and, if applicable, the ceremony will be aborted. In such case, you can immediately apply for a new marriage license by the same rules and regulations at: Marry Your Doll)

In such case, you can change the PIN and then have the login data resent.

Once you have opened your entry under Engagements in the Doll Marriage Registry, please scroll all the way down and enter the e-mail address, currently associated with your license, in the relevant field and click on "Resend login data with new PIN". Alternatively, provided you have your license-ID at hand, you can click on Resend login data with new PIN and enter your data there.

Within a few minutes, you will receive an e-mail containing the login data with a new PIN.

Usually, quite a lot is spoken during a wedding ceremony. The ceremony will consist of five stages: reception, address, vows, exchange of rings, conclusion. (The actual exchange of rings is optional, though.)

For the reading of the ceremony, audio files at normal speaking tempo are provided for each stage (except "reception").

It's up to you whether to rush through the stages or whether to take it slow and, for instance, play celebratory music of your choice in between the respective stages. However, each stage will take you at least 15 seconds before you will be able to click on using the button at the bottom right of the page.

If you require to go a step back during the ceremony, please use the corresponding button at the bottom left of the page. Please do not use the Back button of your browser as this might lead to problems.

You will be able to interrupt the ceremony for a while and resume later. However, an interrupted ceremony will be reset after 24 hours so, in such case, you would have to start over.

When using above mentioned audio files, the ceremony should take about 10 minutes.

Yes, you can.

During the ceremony, you will be asked whether you have your own vows to read. If the question is negated, the ceremony will continue with standardized vows composed by DollWedding.net.

You can add a religious aspects to the ceremony by writing your own vows accordingly. Other than that, we do not offer any religious references.

It's up to you whether you will have the ceremony read by a Master Of Ceremony appointed by you instead of playing the audio files provided by us.

The e-mail with the login data for your ceremony will include a link to a PDF which should be helpful for your Master Of Ceremony to prepare for the ceremony.

Of course, you may have a Best Man and a Maid Of Honour. (Heck, you may even have a big wedding society at your ceremony.) The Best Man and the Maid Of Honour will not be mentioned in your registry entry, though.

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide any audio/video recordings or livestreaming of your ceremony. Therefore, from our point of view, no further technical equipment will be required.

Of course, you may still record or livestream your ceremony by means of corresponding equipment, software (e.g. OBS Studio or Streamlabs OBS) and a host (e.g. YouTube or Twitch). However, in this regard, you'll have to make provisions yourself.

Once you have concluded your ceremony, your marriage will be automatically registered in the Doll Marriage Registry and you will receive a congratulatory e-mail containing a link to your public entry.

You will need a PIN if you wish to make use of the features described below which are available to couples married by standards of DollWedding.net.

Once you have opened your entry in the Doll Marriage Registry, please scroll all the way down and enter the e-mail address, currently associated with your license, in the relevant field and click on "Request PIN". Alternatively, provided you have your license-ID at hand, you can click on Request PIN and enter your data there.

Within a few minutes, you will receive an e-mail containing your PIN which will remain valid 1 hour.

Please be aware that only 30 minutes after the last PIN request, a new PIN can be requested yet again.

Yes, provided that termination of the marriage has not been applied for, you can generate a PDF wedding certificate in the landscape format.

For this purpose, you can adjust your names. The adjusted names will appear solely on your personal wedding certificate. Otherwise, they will not be visible to anyone anywhere.

In order to generate your wedding certificate, please proceed as follows:

1. Go to your entry in the Doll Marriage Registry or, provided you have your license-ID at hand, click on Request PIN.
2. In the relevant field, please enter the e-mail address currently associated with your license and click on "Request PIN".
3. You will receive an e-mail containing links to the available options. The PIN included in those links will remain valid 1 hour.
4. Click on the link "WEDDING CERTIFICATE".
5. If applicable, adjust the names for the certificate before clicking the button.

Yes, you can add one photo to your registry entry provided that termination of the marriage has not been applied for.

The photo shall include your spouse doll and have relevance to your wedding or renewal ceremony. It shall not show any nudity. You must own the copyrights of the photo and provide consent for use of the photo on this web site and our social media appearances.

We recommend to watermark the photo because we assume no liability for any potential photo theft.

At first, please upload the photo with one of the numerous image hosts on the internet (for instance, ImgBB or Servimg.com) and copy the direct link of the image file. Please do not use your own webspace or web server for this.

Alternatively, you can send us your photo by e-mail. We will then upload it to our own ImgBB account and provide you with the direct link of the image file. If you wish for us to do so, please initially contact us accordingly using our mail form (Contact).

Subsequently, in order to associate the photo with your registry entry, please proceed as follows:

1. Go to your entry in the Doll Marriage Registry or, provided you have your license-ID at hand, click on Request PIN.
2. In the relevant field, please enter the e-mail address currently associated with your license and click on "Request PIN".
3. You will receive an e-mail containing links to the available options. The PIN included in those links will remain valid 1 hour.
4. Click on the link "WEDDING PHOTO".
5. Everything else will be self-explanatory.

Once your photo has been activated by an admin, it will be displayed in your registry entry.

If you already have added a photo but wish to change or remove it, please proceed as previously described.

Yes, provided that termination of the marriage has not been applied for, you can write a review to be added to your registry entry.

The review can be up to 1000 characters in length and should refer to the ceremony and/or the service provided by DollWedding.net.

In order to do so, please proceed as follows.

1. Go to your entry in the Doll Marriage Registry or, provided you have your license-ID at hand, click on Request PIN.
2. In the relevant field, please enter the e-mail address currently associated with your license and click on "Request PIN".
3. You will receive an e-mail containing links to the available options. The PIN included in those links will remain valid 1 hour.
4. Click on the link "WEDDING REVIEW".
5. Everything else will be self-explanatory.

Once your review has been activated by an admin, it will be displayed in your registry entry.

If you already have added a review but wish to change or remove it, please proceed as previously described.

Yes, you can add one link to a video to your registry entry provided that termination of the marriage has not been applied for.

The video shall include your spouse doll and have relevance to your wedding or renewal ceremony. It shall not show any nudity. You must own the copyrights of the video and provide consent for use of the video on this web site and our social media appearances.

5. Everything else will be self-explanatory.

Once your video has been activated by an admin, the link will be displayed in your registry entry.

If you already have added a link to a video but wish to change or remove it, please proceed as previously described.

You can change your e-mail address and your code word as well as your automail options and some display options for your registry entry.

By default, if available, the date of engagement and the date of your last renewal of your vows are displayed in your registry entry. Also, we will send you a congratulatory automail on your wedding anniversary.

In order to change your code word and your settings, please proceed as follows:

1. Go to your entry in the Doll Marriage Registry or, provided you have your license-ID at hand, click on Request PIN.
2. In the relevant field, please enter the e-mail address currently associated with your license and click on "Request PIN".
3. You will receive an e-mail containing links to the available options. The PIN included in those links will remain valid 1 hour.
4. Click on the link "SETTINGS".

Any other data can only be changed through our customer service, provided there is good reason. If there is good reason, please let us know your request by contacting us using our mail form (Contact) and provide the following information to identify yourself:

• your license-ID
• your e-mail address associated with your license
• your code word

Please note: adjustment of the wedding date is only possible for retroactively registered marriages, not for marriages concluded by means of the DollWedding.net online ceremony.

Yes, with great pleasure! And as often as you wish! The only restriction is that at least 30 days must have passed since the last ceremony.

In order to have a new ceremony, please proceed as follows:

1. Go to your entry in the Doll Marriage Registry or, provided you have your license-ID at hand, click on Request PIN.
2. In the relevant field, please enter the e-mail address currently associated with your license and click on "Request PIN".
3. You will receive an e-mail containing links to the available options. The PIN included in those links will remain valid 1 hour.
4. Click on the link "RENEWAL OF VOWS" and set up the ceremony.

Within a few minutes, you will receive another e-mail containing the link to your new ceremony as well as your login data consisting of your license-ID and a PIN exclusively valid for the ceremony.

You will have a 7-day time window to celebrate and conclude your ceremony, starting immediately. If the time window expires, no disadvantages will arise. You can have a new ceremony set up for immediate celebration at any time.

While your official wedding day will, of course, remain untouched, the dates of the renewals of your vows may also be mentioned in your registry entry if requested. By default, only the last renewal date is displayed but it is also possible to have all or no renewal dates displayed. In order to change the settings, please request a PIN as described above.

Please mind that all dates displayed on this website refer to the Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) matching the mean solar time at the zero meridian. Accordingly, depending on the time of your wedding/engagement in your time zone, the date displayed may differ by one day.

In case of a discrepancy of which you feel that it cannot be explained by the above, please use our mail form (Contact) to let us know where and when exactly you got married/engaged.

If the ceremony is not celebrated and concluded within its 28-day time window (starting 7 days prior to and ending 21 days after the designated wedding day), the marriage license expires, thus breaking off the engagement to get married.

If you wish to break off the engagement to get married immediately while above mentioned time window has not started, please proceed as follows:

1. Click on the link to the ceremony in the congratulatory e-mail received after applying for your marriage license.
2. Enter your login data consisting of your license-ID and PIN in the relevant fields and click the "Send" button.
3. Now you can cancel the wedding. The marriage license will be automatically revoked and you will receive confirmation e-mail.

If the ceremony's time window has already begun, simply let the time window expire as mentioned in the first place.

Once you have broken off the engagement to get married or your marriage license has expired, you can immediately apply for a new marriage license here: Marry Your Doll

Yes, but not immediately. Basically, a 90-day separation period must be observed.

If you don't get along anymore and plan to leave your doll to someone else or you even have to dispose of your doll, please apply to have your marriage terminated as follows:

1. Go to your entry in the Doll Marriage Registry or, provided you have your license-ID at hand, click on Request PIN.
2. In the relevant field, please enter the e-mail address currently associated with your license and click on "Request PIN".
3. You will receive an e-mail containing links to the available options. The PIN included in those links will remain valid 1 hour.
4. Click on the link "SEPARATION" and follow the instructions.

Your application to have your marriage terminated will be confirmed by e-mail. During the separation period, your marriage will still be displayed in the Doll Marriage Registry without any visible note that termination has been applied for.

7 days before expiration of the separation period, you will receive a reminder e-mail. Once the separation period has expired, termination of your marriage will be confirmed by e-mail. At the same time, the marriage including all data previously registered will be deleted from the registry and issued wedding certificates become invalid.

Only once your marriage has been terminated, you can apply for a new marriage license.

This will also apply if your marriage is to be terminated because you have to dispose of your doll so that your doll is no longer alive, so to speak. Observing a 90-day mourning period can't be asked too much.

That would be great!

If you have reconciled during the 90-day separation period and therefore wish to keep your doll, you can withdraw your application to have your marriage terminated as follows:

1. Go to your entry in the Doll Marriage Registry or, provided you have your license-ID at hand, click on Request PIN.
2. In the relevant field, please enter the e-mail address currently associated with your license and click on "Request PIN".
3. You will receive an e-mail containing links to the available options. The PIN included in those links will remain valid 1 hour.
4. Click on the link "RECONCILIATION" and follow the instructions.

You will then receive an e-mail confirming that your marriage is maintained.

If an automatic e-mail has not arrived after several minutes, please check your spam folder.

If the e-mail is still not found, please use our mail form (Contact) to describe your request and previous proceeding as detailed as possible.

In order to associate your new e-mail address with your license, please procede as follows:

1. Go to your entry in the Doll Marriage Registry or, provided you have your license-ID at hand, click on Request PIN.
2. In the relevant field, please enter the e-mail address currently associated with your license and click on "Request PIN".
3. You will receive an e-mail containing links to the available options to your previous e-mail address. The PIN included in those links will remain valid 1 hour.
4. Click on the link "SETTINGS".

Please note, though, that the above will only be available if you are already married by standards of DollWedding.net and still have access to your previous e-mail address.

If this does not apply, please contact us using our mail form (Contact) and provide the following information to identify yourself:

• your license-ID
• your previous e-mail address
• your new e-mail address
• your code word

Only admins logging in as such will be provided with a cookie. Otherwise, no cookies are set by DollWedding.net.

JavaScript is in use to make sure that, during the ceremony, the button leading to each next step will be activated only after 15 seconds.

The "full" names submitted when applying for a marriage license (Marry Your Doll) will be publicly displayed in our Doll Marriage Registry. Therefore, we recommend to not use any full real names. Most of all, please refrain from entering the human spouse's full last name.

Names adjusted for the purpose of generating a wedding certificate will not be publicly visible anywhere.

Otherwise, only your valid e-mail address is required for us to communicate with you. Your address will remain in our system while your marriage license is valid or your engagement or marriage by standards of DollWedding.net is intact.

If you have a new e-mail address and no longer use your previous one, please refer to S2.

If a marriage or engagment is terminated or a marriage license expires, all of your data will be deleted from our system. Never ever will we give out your e-mail address to anyone.

It is your responsibility not to share your current PIN and your codeword with anyone to avoid misuse.

Not if you don't wish to be married to your doll by standards of DollWedding.net, you don't.

But if you do, you will, by applying for a marriage license or for subsequent acknowledgement of an existing marriage, automatically accept the Rules & Regulations listed on this page as well as the fact that those may be subject to change, adjustment and addition at any time without prior notice for as long as your engagement and marriage may last.

We do reserve the right to terminate this project at any time without prior notice and without stating reasons.

In case this happens or this project cannot be continued for other reasons, couples married by standards of DollWedding.net may, of course, continue to consider themselves as such for as long as they wish.

Of course, we are unable to guarantee that our web site will be accessible at your chosen wedding date as we are dependent on our web hoster.

If the ceremony is interrupted due to a technical issue, please click on the link to your ceremony again once the situation allows. Possibly, you will have to enter your license-ID and PIN again. The ceremony should then resume from the correct step. It is also possible, though, that the ceremony will start over as interrupted ceremonies will be reset after 24 hours.
